Mild Wally’s is Closing in Albany

A mainstay in Albany for 28 years has announced their last day.

If you went to college in Albany or spent a lot of your time hanging out around in Albany, then you probably know Mild Wally’s. The Times Union is reporting that after 28 years and 7 full cycles of undergrads, Mild Wally’s is closing.

For the longest time, Mild Wally’s was known for delivering to college students later than most, their tagline being “Open ’til way past your bedtime.” They shortened their hours last year but still until the late hours of 9:00PM.

The current owner started working there three months after they opened and has owned it for most of it’s life. Now, he’s just decided to do something different but wanted to give customers time to get their last orders in. Mild Wally’s won’t be closing until April 20th, so get your wings in while you can!

Mild Wally’s is for sale so if you’re interested in keeping the brand going, that may be a future venture for you!
