Popular Saratoga Restaurant Closed

There are some restaurants that come and go but the ones that have been around for awhile, especially this one for about 20 years, it hurts a little more when they’re gone.

The owners of One Caroline Street Bistro have announced that after 20 years, they will be closing the restaurant, bar, and music venue. Though I’m sure you’re disappointed, the owners had a child in the fall and have decided to focus more on their family, according to Albany Business Journal.

The restaurant officially closed on February 26th, as they announced on their Facebook page. They took the time to thank the many people who have been with them through the 20 years as well as the various local bands they supported.

The last posts on their page are videos and pictures from their last night if you didn’t have a chance to check it out. No word yet on what may be replacing One Caroline. We wish the owners the best!
