NibblexNosh

One of my favorite things to do is walk around the various farmer’s markets in the area and find new local businesses. On a recent trip, I came across some delicious cookies from NibblexNosh.

So, if you’ve been here a while, then you probably know that cookies and I have a problem. That means that I have a problem with not eating them. Everyone has their vice, right? Yours may be ice cream, cupcakes, or maybe you like salty treats. Me? Cookies, all day.

I challenge you to walk past the NibblexNosh booth at the Schenectady Greenmarket and not want to try one of their delicious goodies. They have cookies, cinnamon rolls, oversized cafe mocha brownies, Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Oatmeal, and more! We picked up a bag of Peanut Butter Explosion cookies. Imagine this: a chocolate cookie, chocolate chips, covered in glazed peanut butter and :wait for it: bits of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.

Each cookie was more than just a single delicious bite but small enough that you don’t have to feel guilty about it (not that you should anyway – life is short). I was too late to try their sampler pack since they ran out but will have to try the next time they’re at the Greenmarket to grab it because everything looks great. Keep an eye on their Facebook since they’re only there every other week.

  • I wish they’d find their way over to the East Greenbush farmers market on Wednesdays.
