I was sitting here with a cherry-chocolate bar from Barkeater Chocolates. Could I have just eaten it? Of course, it’s delicious, but instead, I decided to take it a step further and have it with dinner.

I have such a sweet tooth. It doesn’t take much to get my heart if chocolate is involved and I was so happy to finally see where the magic happens with some of my favorite local chocolate, Barkeater Chocolates.

It wasn’t anything I went on frequently but it was nice to know it was there and made the trip up to North Creek to go skiing or tubing on Gore Mountain a lot easier but now, sadly, it’s closed.
