Our next weekend trek to a brewery brought us to Malta to taste the delicious brews that Unified Beerworks has to offer.

Back in what looks like a piece of an industrial park is some delicious beer that you don’t want to miss out on. Unified Beerworks in Malta in located in the same plaza with Saratoga Ninja Lab, but I wouldn’t recommend both in the same day!

Unified Beerworks opened in October 2018 by Jeff Mannion and Erika Anderson. At first, they started exploring breweries and then, decided to start creating their own recipes. They used to live in Malta so, according to their website, they picked that area because “it was the ideal location for a brewery with it’s close knit community and small town feel.” Take a look at what they have on tap on their website

I would love to say that every time I go to Unified Beerworks, I try a different beer to make my way through their menu (since it’s a favorite spot for my boyfriend and I to hang out). That’s just not the case. I had one taste of A Constant Sparkle and it was a constant order of mine whenever I stop by. If you’ve followed my beer-ventures then, you know that I can’t look away from a really good New England IPA and that’s just what A Constant Sparkle is. How do you not love a beer with hints of pineapple and tangerine?

They have a great little patio, a TON of parking, and delicious beer so if you haven’t been, venture out to Malta (and let me know the next beer of theirs I have to try)!

My boyfriend and I recently started a tradition with the nicer weather – breweries. We have a ton in the area but somehow haven’t visited a ton, until now.
