Who doesn’t love chocolate? Now, you can get some fresh local chocolate right in the heart of Downtown Saratoga at Saratoga Chocolate Co.

Saratoga Chocolate Co. has been around the Capital Region since 2016. According to their website, “Allison Rose is passionate about chocolate” and started making it around 2005. Fast forward to 2016, after perfecting her skills, she and her husband launched Saratoga Chocolate Co.

“Saratoga Chocolate Company prides itself on fine crafted truffles, pralines and chocolate bars, made by hand, using the highest quality ingredients. We pair the perfect chocolate – single origin or blended – with supremely matched flavors that create confections that are unequaled in the industry.”

You may have seen their products at other businesses, local farmers’ markets but now, they have a home of their very own inside the Saratoga Marketplace on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Inside, you can get one of their many flavored chocolate bars, bark, hot chocolate, covered marshmallows, and more!

My favorite part about Saratoga Chocolate Co. is the specialty flavors they offer. You can get Dark Chocolate (which is delicious) but where else can you get it with Matcha? Everything they have is delicious, the hard part is deciding. Also, they’re perfect gifts for any occasion!
