Valentine’s Day is over, and Mother’s Day and Easter are coming up. Friends, we’re in a chocolate-centric time and I just want to help you support local where you can.

I don’t hide the fact that Barkeater Chocolates are some of my favorite in the area but I didn’t realize I could be a part of the chocolate-making process!

I was sitting here with a cherry-chocolate bar from Barkeater Chocolates. Could I have just eaten it? Of course, it’s delicious, but instead, I decided to take it a step further and have it with dinner.

I have such a sweet tooth. It doesn’t take much to get my heart if chocolate is involved and I was so happy to finally see where the magic happens with some of my favorite local chocolate, Barkeater Chocolates.

We have some great scary places to visit here in the Capital Region. We have haunted houses, scary hayrides, but they’re not really haunted. We do have those places too, more than you’d expect. Do you know of any real-life haunted places in the area?
