How great is brunch? There’s something about eating a ton of delicious food on a Sunday morning with a mimosa (or bloody mary) in hand. If you haven’t, check out what O’Tooles is offering for their brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
You know O’Tooles Restaurant Pub from their few locations across the area but our Albany location is stepping up their game on the weekends with brunch.
Though you can’t find their menu online, they offer such delicious choices. I ended up ordering the lox charcuterie of sorts. It was like a broken down lox and avocado toast that you build yourself. I also ordered a side of corned beef hash because that’s one of my favorite breakfast items.
They offer various kinds of crepes, omelets, skillets, scrambles, waffles, charcuterie boards (thanks to Grate Expectations), mixed berry salad, steak & eggs, french toast, lobster Benedict and more! For drinks, they offer a bloody mary charcuterie board where you can create your own bloody mary, they have unlimited mimosas, and what I ordered, the mimosa flight. The mimosa flight has cherry starburst, blue raspberry starburst, lemon starburst, and all pink starburst. They tasted just like the Starburst candies. My favorite probably had to be the lemon starburst but they were all pretty delicious, sweet but tasty.
We were watching all of the food come out of the kitchen and it all looked, and smelt, great! They had a piano player performing at the same time. It was a great mood for a bunch with great food and fantastic service.
