We’ve had such crazy weather in the Capital Region recently. One day it’s warm, the next it’s freezing. Well, since there have been a few days I’ve gone out without gloves and I can see my grass, I starting thinking about ice cream.
As I do each year, I make a list of all of the local ice cream places and keep an eye on their social media to find out when they announce their opening dates.
