Part of SCHS’ America at 250 project, this exhibition explores the story of Schenectady and Schenectadians during the American Revolution, weaving together different “threads” of the Revolutionary War-era. See the rare and significant 1771 Liberty Flag, carried by the Schenectady Minute Men during the Revolutionary War, alongside artifacts and documents that explore how Schenectadians contributed to and were shaped by the birth of the United States.
