We knew that Capital Holiday Lights wasn’t going to be in Albany’s Washington Park anymore but with December quickly approaching, we were waiting to find out what the next step was – until now.

We love a good fancy meal here and there but once in a while, what we’re craving is good diner food. I asked you for your favorite diners locally and this is what you came up with.

It seems like it may be the most buzzed-about new restaurant in 2021 and I was lucky enough to try Farmhouse Tap + Tavern for myself.

I announced back in January the news of a new restaurant coming to Altamont and as of this week, it’s open!

Love seeing new restaurants opening during the time of COVID and I think we can already bet that they’ll have really great cookies!
