The Capital Region Fur Ball – Auction and Gala

Join the Animal Protective Foundation (APF) for its annual fundraiser, The Capital Region Fur Ball – Auction and Gala, on Saturday, October 7 at the Rivers Casino & Resort Event Center in Schenectady, NY. All proceeds will go towards the APF’s ongoing mission to provide medical care, housing, food, and lifesaving support for companion animals in need.

The event starts at 6 p.m. with an open bar cocktail hour featuring pet-inspired signature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction with dozens of great items, and a Kitten Kissin’ Booth, where you can have your photo taken with cute kittens. This will be followed by a gourmet dinner, live auction, and a heart-warming program highlighting the APF’s efforts to help animals, and the people who love them, throughout the area. The event will be emceed by WTEN-TV’s Steve Caporizzo.
