A popular vegan Glens Falls eatery announced at the end of January that they would be closing up their shop. This morning, they announced that though they’re done in that space, they’re not completely done yet!
Birch Bark Eatery has been teasing something over the past couple of days and this morning we finally found out what it was and there are some big changes in store.
Birch Bark Eatery no more, say hello to Bitchin’ Donuts!
This morning, Birch Bark Eatery made its last post under that name and will now be referred to as Bitchin’ Donuts. But, that’s not the only change, they’re moving to downtown Albany (193 Lark Street).
As they posted on Facebook, “Soon we will start sharing our progress towards building our new brand and creating an amazing new space to share our same great products. We do plan to focus very heavily on donuts and coffee beverages and will slowly add some of your favorite breakfast items as we acclimate to new space and surroundings. We will let you know when we have a definitive opening date and keep you updated as we approach that day. Here’s to new beginnings amongst old friends.”
The best part? They’re aiming on opening in about two weeks! Can’t wait to check them out!
