Local Paint & Sip Expands to Puff N’ Paint with Bongs

Usually, during paint and sip, you drink some wine, you paint a picture and you have some fun with friends. A local paint and sip venue is expanding to include bongs in its repertoire.

Canvas Corks and Forks, known for its popular mac and cheese bar, has updated its calendar to keep up with the legalization of marijuana in New York state. They’ve been offering what they’re calling “Puff N’ Paint” where instead of the regular canvas arts they offer, you can paint yourself a bong. Now, you can’t actually puff and paint but you can drink, paint and puff when you get home with your new piece of art.

The upcoming Puff N’ Paint experiences are $65 each for 2 hours and you must be 21+ to participate. As they mention on their website, “Made from thick cone 06 earthenware clay. Glazed inside and sealed outside for a smooth-hitting piece. Every pipe is handcrafted and may have some slight differences.” It’s a Beaker Bong water pipe, white silicone down steam with 4 slits and 1 hole and a 14mm glass bowl. Since the water chamber is glazed, it will prevent bacteria growth and allow for you to clean it for multiple uses.

Speaking of cleaning, they say you can clean it just like glass, “Place isopropyl and salt directly into the beaker and shake for 5 minutes or until clean. Finish by rinsing the piece inside and out with water.”

Keep an eye out on their upcoming class calendar to see when their next Puff N Paint class is (and to see the other painting classes they’re offering).
