Anything Goes Tacos

There are two kinds of food in this world that just bring me to another level of joy and that’s pizza and tacos. The perfect blank canvas to add all of the delicious foods that you want. I heard that there was a new place in the area for tacos, and I knew I had to try them for myself.

Christopher Smalls started The Healing Meals in 2016, which really took off due to COVID-19. The Healing Meals LLC is a meal-prep service that offers fully cooked pre-proportioned meals that change once every two weeks (find the menu on their website). Fast forward to now and Smalls has decided to expand his food and now, we have Anything Goes Tacos.

The storefront may be small but the flavor is huge. You start by grabbing a clipboard off of the wall and then, pick what you want (find the full menu here). There are a couple of options including Korean Beef, Chipotle Chicken, Citus Pork Carnitas and Quinoa Veggie. My recommendation (unless you don’t eat meat)? Get the meat combo. All three of those meat options are delicious and you don’t want to leave wondering what you missed with the other two flavors. Then, grab some queso blanco with chips and Mexican street corn and you have such a delicious dinner.

Each of the tacos taste so fresh, like the pineapples were just picked off of a tree or the Korean beef was just made right before you walked in the door. Seriously, don’t sleep on how delicious these tacos are.

Note: I was given these tacos in exchange for an honest review but was not compensated and did not promise a positive review. My opinion is my honest thoughts of the experience.
