If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga, this is the perfect chance. Yoga in the Van Gogh exhibit!
Discover Schenectady is offering yoga classes at the Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience exhibit at Armory Studios in Schenectady. According to WTEN, “The yoga classes will be on Wednesday and Saturday mornings until the end of November.”
The owner of Studio 4 Hot Yoga & Pilates will lead the hour classes in the 360-degree immersive projection room. The classes are open to all experience levels and are held Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
You can either pay for the basic experience ($40) which includes admission to the class, or the VIP experience ($80) which includes admission to the class, a Van Gogh yoga mat, towel, and thermos. Both admissions give guests the opportunity to explore the exhibit after class. You can reserve your spot on the Fever website.
Studio 4 Hot Yoga & Pilates is an amazing location with amazing instructors. It’s gotta take yoga to a completely different level to be in that room, surrounded by Van Gogh art, calming music and yoga. Even if yoga isn’t really your thing, give it a try and just lay there if that’s what your body is telling you. The experience is only here another two months.
