Stella Pasta Bar to Hold Grand Opening in New Location

I don’t know if you were as surprised as I was hearing that the Van Dyck was going to become Stella Pasta Bar. Now, the wait is over and we’ll soon be able to witness the new space firsthand.

Stella Pasta Bar & Bistro will soon host its grand opening Thursday, October 13- Saturday, October 15 after moving from its previous location in Burnt Hills (read the whole story here).

The Van Dyke, founded in 1947 as a jazz club, was also home to Mad Jack Brewing Company as of 2011 which will now be Seven Points Brewery. Based on their newsletter it looks like they’re keeping the beer menu at the same place in the bar. Not sure what other changes they may have made inside but that’s staying the same. Take a look at their four new beers Prima Vista, Stellar Magnitude, Beckenbauer and Pumpkin Smasher. I can’t wait to try them all!

Take a look at their menu and stop by to welcome them to the (new) neighborhood!
