One door closes another opens and as soon as the owners of the previous Halfmoon Sandwich & Salad Shoppe announced their new venture, we know the next tenants of their space.
Congratulations are in order for the owners of Rollin’ Smoke who operate out of a space in Halfmoon as well as their very popular food truck. Owners Rob and Amy Carmel said in a Facebook post, “It’s been quite the journey these last 2.5 years, but we have just outgrown our current location. We wanted to stay here in Halfmoon, this town, community and all the surrounding communities have just been so welcoming and supportive of us, we just couldn’t even think about leaving y’all.”
“We’ll have a lot of new menu options, outdoor activities and yes, we have applied for our beer and wine license lol!!!” No word on when we can expect them to open in the new location but they said they’re aiming for December 1.
