Jayana LaFotos – Jayana LaFountaine is a portrait photographer based in Troy, NY specializing in family, birth, and lifestyle photography. This is the first I’ve seen her photos and these are beautiful!!
Bare Soul Massage – 70 Main St, Greenwich
They offer Relaxation, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Ashiatsu, Pregnancy and Chair Massage as well as facials. Owned by Leah Silva with an all-female staff.
Breakout Press Co – Krissy Monahan creates these really cute designs and is based in the Catskills. She sells hats, cards, key chains, shirts and more. I already favorited her shop for some of the local-themed merch!
Cafe Deli-icious – 413 River St, Troy
Breakfast and lunch but everything on the menu looks great. Kathleen Leibach is the owner and has created a seriously deli-icious menu for sandwich fans!
Alchar Printing – 599 Pawling Ave, Troy
In 2006, Denise Padula officially became the majority shareholder of the company and Alchar Printing became a NYS Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise. The company continually evolves its products by incorporating new technology, equipment and services. It’s a one-stop printing shop.

I don’t have enough space to write how much I love this vegan eatery. Chelsea Heilman may have gone through a few issues in the beginning but I’m glad she got to “Take Two” and is in this perfect (relatively) new home serving delicious vegan food.

Susan Kerber started her soap company in a small room with no storefront and now, RAD Soap products are being sold all over the world. From masks, to lotions, to soaps, and more – just walking in this store takes over your nose.

I’ve only heard amazing things about the food from The Food Florist. You can find Trisha Nusbaum’s food at so many farmer’s markets in the area. Eat them now, freeze them for later, who doesn’t need lasagna at the ready?

You may be familiar with HITT it with Britt, Brittany Burnham recently rebranded and now it’s just straight PWR. It’s the workout I’d love to do, that works, I just need to figure out how to push myself to do it. Looks intense but fun!
