Saratoga’s First Champagne Bar Opening This Month

Usually, we’ll have champagne for a fancy event but, you know you can actually drink it whenever you want. Now, Saratoga will be welcoming its first champagne bar where you can!

Opening sometime this month is Bocage Champagne Bar on Phila Street in Saratoga Springs by Clark Gale and Zac Denham. The small space that only holds 20-30 people will be offering 10 champagne options by the glass!

The name Bocage is “named after the landscape of Champagne, France, a landscape style that also exists here, thus the Capital Region-Northern France link,” according to Saratoga Living.

The space will feature more than champagne with a full bar, signature cocktails, and a menu full of sandwiches, charcuterie boards, oysters, caviar, and more. See the full menu on their website. The bar will be open 7 days a week, starting at 4 p.m. until midnight. They’re also looking into a tea service bunch and longer hours over the summer.
