Simply Beautiful Soaps N Such in Downtown Schenectady

I want you to close your eyes and think of your favorite smell. Is it fresh like laundry? Floral like lavender? Woodsy like sandalwood? If you want to be surrounded by your favorite smell, check out what’s in Downtown Schenectady at Simply Beautiful Soaps and Such.

Lilmattie Enders is the owner and operator of Simply Beautiful Soaps N Such and she recently opened a shop in Downtown Schenectady on Jay St in September 2021. You walk in and are surrounded by some of the best scents. If you’re looking for a gift for a friend or a gift to pamper yourself, stop into this adorable little shop.

She has so many different themed soaps, deodorants, face scrubs and masks, lotions, and more. All of it is 100% natural and handcrafted. My favorite thing in the store is the shower steamers. As much as I love bath bombs, I’m 5’10” and sometimes it’s tough to fit all of me in the bathtub. These, you put in the back of the shower and get the same relaxing aromatherapy but in the shower instead.

If you’re looking for the full offering, check out the online shop. I do have to say, though, going to the physical store and smelling your way around is a little more fun than buying online. Treat yourself (or a friend) to a relaxing getaway in your own home with one of these fantastic smelling treats!
