The restaurant you know and loved may be gone but owners Scott Meyer and Annette Nanes have revamped the space with a new menu and new name.
Previous owner and founder Ric Orlando left the restaurant in 2020 and since then, Meyer and Nanes continued take-out dining during COVID-19. They reopened in August 2020 for indoor dining, only to close indoor in November 2020, to close again in January 2021, to reopen in April 2021. Then, they closed in December 2021 with promises of “something special.”
The restaurant at 300 Delaware Avenue is now called The Kitchen Table. Taking a look at their menu, you’ll see the delicious revamped options they offer. They have two charcuterie boards, one with just cheese and one with meat. Under “Essentials,” you’ll find a grass-fed cheeseburger, pork schnitzel, veggie burger, and more. Then, some other interesting options like duck breast, house-made cavatelli, clams casino, and the menu goes on. Take a look for yourself.
As New World became known, The Kitchen Table also accommodates various dietary restrictions including gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, vegan and vegetarian. Open Tuesday-Sunday 5pm-9pm.
