First, Saratoga. Then, Albany. Then, Schenectady. Now, finally, after a bit of a wait, Clifton Park.
After rumors of another location, Druthers Brewing Company finally made the announcement on their Facebook page that they’re opening a Clifton Park location.
Back in January, Albany Business Review reported the approval. “Druthers Brewing Co. now has approval to move forward with a new restaurant and pavilion in Clifton Park. The town’s planning board signed off on the plan Tuesday evening…The site will include a 2,300-square-foot outdoor bar pavilion with 50 seats. The site will also have 40,000 square feet of outside space reserved for 100 dining seats and geared for live events. There will be 120 paved parking spaces on the site with room for event overflow parking.” Construction was planned for the spring.
After some extended planning, they finally broke ground on the space last week. They’re planning for a summer 2022 opening. Can’t wait to see the space with a bowl of their famous mac & cheese and some monkey bread!
