You think zip lines look fun but you’re not sure if you want to be up that high? Or, you’ve never tried one but what to? There’s a new zip line with your name on it!
Adirondack Extreme has come up with a new zip line for people who want to enjoy zip lines but not the super intense ones. According to the Post Star, the Low Rider Zip Tour is an introductory zip line course that has been open since April 17th. The course is 75-550 feet in length and heights from 10-30 feet off of the ground.
“It’s for that person that comes to our park and doesn’t want the adrenaline rush of the courses we have in our trees or obstacle courses and just wants to zip line and have a fun and easy time,” said owner Jamie Johnson.
The Low Rider Tour includes 12 zip lines, and 9 walking bridges that leads you right over Alder Brook. In order to participate, you must watch the 20-minute training video and must be over 9 years old and meet the reach requirement. The tour alone is $48 per person but can be a $10 add-on if you’re also purchasing one of the main packages.
