Did anyone else know this was coming? Pauly D from Jersey Shore has entered the world of food and his next venture has a location open in Saratoga.
I love the idea of ghost kitchens. All of a sudden a restaurant pops up where another restaurant already is, it’s so interesting to me. First, we got the news that Beast Burger was in the area, then Guy Fieri opened a ghost kitchen, and most recently, Jersey Shore’s Pauly D has opened up a location in Saratoga.
The restaurant, Pauly D’s Italian Subs, is with a partnership with GrubHub as a new virtual restaurant. According to ScreenRant, he announced this restaurant back in March. They said, “He teamed up with Chef Eric Greenspan to create his menu of subs and salads. The idea came about by Pauly’s love for corner deli shops, as it reminds him of home in Rhode Island. Now, Pauly is putting in the effort to help support local businesses in these trying times.”
Pauly’s favorite sub is the Classic Italian Hoagie but you can see the whole menu through GrubHub. No idea if he actually decides where his ghost kitchens open nationally but he’s spent plenty of time in the area, no surprise we’d have a location.
They’re currently working out of 120 West Ave, Saratoga. Mon–Sat delivery is 7:45am–4:45pm and Sun delivery is 10:15am–1:45pm.
