Dave’s Gourmet Burgers is Open Again in Schenectady

You may have had some great burgers in the Capital Region but have you ever had an alligator? Python? Antelope? Now, you can!

Dave’s Gourmet Burgers has moved around the Capital Region a bit but they still stand by the same type of menu – exotic burgers. According to the Times Union, “Dave’s Gourmet Burgers and More includes beef burgers, burgers with an equal split of beef with bacon or sausage, and burgers of wild boar ($16.99); alligator, antelope, camel, elk and kangaroo (all $25); and ostrich ($30) and python ($35).”

Also on their menu are a selection of Greek and Indian dishes, Philly cheesesteaks, vegetarian dishes, and desserts coming soon. They’ve been in trouble in the past for selling lion burgers but that has long been taken off of the menu.

They’re offering dine-in, take-out, and are also currently available on DoorDash. They’re open Monday-Saturday 11:00am-9:00pm and Sundays 11:00am-6:00pm.
