Berben & Wolff’s Closed, Albany & Troy

Another haven for vegetarians and vegans is closed but there’s still promise for a future.

Both locations at Berben & Wolff’s (Albany and Troy), have announced that they are closed. Co-founder Joey Berben spoke to the Times Union saying that he shared the news on his personal Facebook page and then it was reposted to 518 Vegans.

Joey Berben and Max Wolff are ending their partnership but word is that there will be a rebranding with Berben who will continue to make vegan products. The Lark Street, Albany location opened in 2016 and the Troy location in 2019. It’s sad to see so many places that accommodate to vegetarians and vegans closing recently. If you’re looking for places to eat vegan/vegetarian you can still check out Burrito Burrito in Troy, Wizard Burger in Albany, and Take Two in Schenectady to name a few.
