COVID hits another local event. Luckily, this time it’s not canceled, just pushed a little later in the year.
The Americade motorcycle rally is one of those events locally that we all know is coming. We all know that weekends in June mean the main drag is filled with lined up bikes cleaned up and looking their best. This year, we’ll have to wait a little longer.
CBS 6 announced that instead of June, Americade is now moved to September 21st through the 25th. Americade was canceled last year, even though an unofficial one was held anyway. No one knows what the world in regards to COVID will look like in June so the planning group hopes that by September, we’ll be able to have an Americade like we’re used to in years past.
