You’re familiar with the cafe in Saratoga but live 40 minutes south and just wish there was something closer? Well, you’re in luck because Palette has just made their home in Schenectady.
As they say on their website, “Palette is a place that celebrates culture, shared ideas and connections. We are a community experience and life investment where our members level up in career and in life!” Palette is more than just a cafe, it’s more than just a workspace, it’s a community.
You can visit the Palette space on State Street and order from their small noshes to various drinks (alcoholic as well) to the cinnamon buns I have only heard are pieces of heaven. If I were to recommend anything, their spanakopita is quite lovely and who doesn’t like the ability to order alcohol at any point in the day.
If you’re looking for more, join the Palette community workspace upstairs. With the workspace, you get a membership to a private space as well as other resources listed on their website.
Even if you’re not a member of the workspace upstairs, the cafe itself is a super cute space to work inside or on the patio out back when the weather allows for it.
