What’s your favorite fair food? Do you miss it this year? What if I told you, you didn’t have to?

The Great Schaghticoke Fair was supposed to be this week. In place of the fair itself, there will be livestock shows and you can find the exhibitor list on their website. Since it was canceled, due to COVID-19, they’ve come up with another idea.

From September 3rd through September 7th, you can take part in Fair Food Take Out Week. From 4:00pm-8:00pm daily, you can experience some of the delicious fair food you’re craving this year.

According to their website, they’re gonna have some great vendors to choose from. Vendors include Herrington’s BBQ, Farmer’s Feed Bunk, Reggie’s Veggies, Jeanette’s Fried Dough, and MORE! That means they’ll have BBQ Chicken and Tri-Tip Dinners, Sausage and Peppers Sandwiches, Cowgirl, Thanksgiving, Buffalo Chicken, Smores, and Countless other Eggrolls Burgers and Dogs, Cotton Candy and Candy Apples, Fried Dough, Oreos, Candy Bars- and MORE, Apple Cider Donuts, Slushies, ice cream and so much more!

There is no cost for admission or parking to vendors for Fair Food Take Out Week.
