Earlier this month, I announced that an Amazon show was looking to film in Schenectady. Now, you have a chance to be in the show too!

Amazon Prime is bringing filming of their show “Modern Love” to Downtown Schenectady. More details on the show and the actors involved can be found HERE.

Now, they’re looking for some local people to play extras in some upcoming episodes. News10 is reporting that they will start filming in Downtown Schenectady next month but you can start applying now. The work is paid, just register on their website by selecting “Albany NY.” Make sure you’re ready to upload two different photos of yourself.

According to News10, “Mandatory coronavirus testing will take place prior to filming and no previous experience is required.” It’s based on the famous New York Times column.
