June is Pride Month and to celebrate, Couture Confections had a special Pride Pack and ended up donating money to an amazing organization.
Thanks to everyone who bought a Pride Pack, Couture Confections was able to donate $200 to The Trevor Project. To those who don’t know, The Trevor Project is an amazing organization to help LGBTQ+ youth. Growing up is hard on anyone but if you’re in the midst of trying to figure out your sexuality or gender on top of that, it’s great to have The Trevor Project to turn to.
Couture Confections offers delicious cupcakes for special occasions or those “I’m craving cupcakes” kind of situation. I had the opportunity to try the Pride Pack for June. This pack is no longer available, but I took a look at the Boozy Pack for Father’s Day and who WOULDN’T want to give their dad a limoncello cupcake?
I tried 6 different cupcakes: Red Velvet, Dark Chocolate Orange, Banana Foster, Peppermint Mocha, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Blackberry Lemon Poppyseed. What was especially delicious about these cupcakes is how fresh they each tasted. It wasn’t like the fake flavoring or fake textures you get from other big brand cupcake companies. When it says banana, I tasted a banana. The Blueberry Cheesecake had an actual blueberry on top! The only thing I wish was that these cupcakes were bigger so I could have more of the flavor!
