Restaurants may be closed aside from take-out and/or delivery but soon, we’ll have a new restaurant to try in Clifton Park.

A new Mexican restaurant will be opening up in Clifton Park where the Ruby Tuesdays used to be, according to the Times Union. The restaurant, called Sabor Azteca, doesn’t have an official opening date yet but there is a sign on the front of the building and they are currently hiring.

Taking a look at their menu, they have a ton of what looks to be delicious options (I mean there are 5 options for dip and 7 kinds of nachos). If you have a food restriction, there are vegetarian and vegan options.

They also posted a lunch menu that’s available Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.

They call themselves “authentic Mexican food” and it looks as if their next closest location is in Maryland. Guess we’ll have to wait and see when they plan on opening.
