The NYPause has caused a lot of issues for some local businesses. Some have been lucky enough to open back up with take-out, others weren’t so quick. No worries, friends, one of your favorites is open for business again starting Friday!
Hattie’s Restaurant has announced that they will be reopening Friday for take-out, according to the Times Union.
Hattie’s has been closed since mid-March and, since then, we’ve all been left with a fried chicken-sized hole in our hearts. Starting tomorrow, they announced that they will start allowing pickup Friday-Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
You can check out the full menu on their website but, no worries, all of your favorites are available. They’ll have biscuits, Hattie’s Famous Fried Chicken (Nashville-style available), mac & cheese, along with Family Style entrees. You can order food for 4-6 people with their Family Pack that includes 10 pieces of chicken (Chef’s choice) served with mashed potatoes, green beans & biscuits.
They are also offering “Take & Shake Cocktails” including Mojitos, Hurricanes, and Back Porch Lemonade in either pint or quart sizes.
Hattie’s Chicken Shack in Wilton has been open, offering pickup and delivery from noon until 8:00 PM daily.
