It’s a glimmer of hope and happiness in this time of social distancing. Guptill’s Ice Cream is opening!
I love this. It took a little bit of time but some of our favorite ice cream places have gotten a plan together and are starting to open.
Guptill’s Ice Cream announced that they will be opening this Monday, May 4th from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All service will be take-out only. In order to order, you will go up to the window as you would regularly do. The difference is that your ice cream will be in a bag along with cones to either each at home or in your car, according to News 10. That way they can ensure a contactless system.
There will be no gathering outside of the building or in the parking lot. You won’t be allowed to utilize their outdoor seating and should stay inside the marked-off space practicing social distancing. Guptill’s will be following all CDC and Health Department guidelines.
