Just when we thought there was a glimmer of free deliciousness while we’re all trying to stay away from Coronavirus, it’s postponed!

They do it every year and they intend to do it again, just a little later than usual. Ben & Jerry’s has decided to postpone their popular “Free Cone Day” because of the spreading of the Coronavirus.

According to NewsChannel13, one of the main reasons is that “some of their shops around the world can’t take part, due to restrictions from local governments.”

We only have Ben & Jerry’s Scoops shops in Albany on Madison Ave and Saratoga on Phila Street. The shops will be staying open, as far as we know, but “Free Cone Day” will most likely be postponed until the end of the year.
