EDIT: The event has been postponed due to COVID-19

Want to relive your childhood? Remember how fun it was to go around looking for eggs for Easter? This year, do it again!

The Capital Region Grown Up Egg Hunt is back in Troy on Sunday, April 19th. If you’re unfamiliar with the history, it started in Troy in 2012 to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Since then, the event has continued to grow and this year, it’s back in its hometown of Troy.

If you’ve never done it before, imagine the Easter egg hunt you loved as a kid and then, add more eggs, more prizes, and more fun. There are three levels of eggs hidden (easy, medium, and hard) and these eggs aren’t just filled with candy. For the grown-up egg hunt, you could find jewelry, gift cards, alcohol, and other fun “grown-up” items.

Tickets are $20 and available through the TroyBID website and only for people 21+. You must bring your own basket and be respectful of the Troy businesses while you’re hunting. Tickets are $25 day of the event and limited to 500 people!
