Steaks are better when they’re grilled. We grill ours on a @grillworksben wood fired grill – like this hanger steak with eggs a la plancha, duck fat home fries, charred tomato salsa, and bordelaise. This dish is only part of our Brunch menu – every Sunday 9-2. Can’t do brunch? Well we are still open for dinner Wed – Sat at 5pm and we always have our signature hanger steak on the menu.
