How great is breakfast? It’s honestly the only food that doesn’t have a designated time, you can eat it all day, and when breakfast is good, it can change the outlook of your entire day! I asked on Facebook for some of your favorite breakfast places around the Capital Region and I love the responses. It gave me a list of breakfast places I need to try, what about you?

Steaks are better when they’re grilled. We grill ours on a @grillworksben wood fired grill – like this hanger steak with eggs a la plancha, duck fat home fries, charred tomato salsa, and bordelaise. This dish is only part of our Brunch menu – every Sunday 9-2. Can’t do brunch? Well we are still open for dinner Wed – Sat at 5pm and we always have our signature hanger steak on the menu. Tag your steak-lover buddies in the comments and make your reservations on the bio. And be sure to check out our amazing local providers listed below! @willhyfarms @edelweissvealproducts @adirondack_mycology @purplesunmicros @adventureinfoodtrading @kingbrothersdairy @saratogaoliveoilco @saratoga_teaandhoneyco @seasonedgourmetfirewood #littlefieldfarm
