Proctors Announces New Show ‘Replacing’ Hello Dolly
If you’re a Proctors subscription holder, you may have recently noticed an email not only telling you Hello Dolly was no longer coming, but that it was going to be replaced.
The Tony Award-winning musical “Come From Away” will come to Proctors Theatre September 8-13th for a limited engagement, according to the Times Union. The show, which was on Broadway starting in 2017, is about the true story from Gander, Newfoundland where planes were diverted on September 11, 2001.
As I mentioned, due to scheduling, “Hello Dolly” will no longer be coming to Proctors early this year. If you have a subscription, you automatically got tickets to see this show on the date that you have chosen for “Hello Dolly.”
According to the Proctors website, it looks as if tickets aren’t on sale yet. If you’re a subscription holder, look to your membership on the website for the tickets and call Proctors for any exchanges.
