The weather is getting colder and you’re running out of things to do, right? You know what you can do in every season and as it gets colder, can warm your insides? Wine.
I don’t hide the fact that Adirondack Winery has my favorite local fruit wines. Honestly, if you haven’t tried it, don’t just trust me, go get some and you’re welcome. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have no less than 8 bottles of some form of Adirondack Winery wine in my house right now. Just because I know what they taste like and know I love them, though, doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a tasting here and there.
Adirondack Winery has two locations, one in Lake George Village and one in Bolton Landing, but you can get their wines in a ton of stores all over the Capital Region.
A wine tasting at Adirondack Winery isn’t only a great way to spend some time with friends but it’s also really affordable. A standard tasting with 7 samples and a wine glass is only $7. Then, you can upgrade for it to include a premium wine sample (usually $3 more) and a cheese plate for two, for just $20. Still want more? Get the ultimate Wine Tasting and you get 7 wine samples, 1 premium wine sample, 2 wine glasses, 2 wine slashes, and a plate of cheese, chocolates, and crackers for just $35.
Their tasting is divided into sections depending on what kinds of wines you want. They have a great selection of Dry & Semi-Dry white, dry red, fruit infused & semi-sweet, and premium wines (for the full list, see the photo below).
Take my word for it, it’s a great way to spend time with friends, PLUS, it’s wine, how can it be bad?
