Pick Up Fresh Food Conveniently with Field Goods

Have you ever needed fresh food but you just didn’t feel like grocery shopping that week? Why don’t you have Field Goods put it together for you?

Field Goods is based in Athens, NY but can be found in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. They are a food delivery service where you can pick up your orders at your workplace (if it’s on the list) or other convenient local places.

The ordering process is really easy too. You have a couple of options where you can either pick a bag that they have put together for you, or you can pick your groceries out yourself. If you want a bag you can get different sizes bags based on the size of your household, or even a carb-conscious bag!

I love looking at the items they have to choose from that are local. You can either pick the item that’s their weekly special or, again, pick the items individually. There are so many different things you can get: fruits, vegetables, pasta, grains, condiments, beans, bread, cheese, eggs, frozen vegetables, and the list goes on.

Once you decide what you want, you decide where you’d like them to drop off your groceries. The orders are always due the same day and dropped off the same day, depending on where you pick to get them. I decided on one of the small bags when I ordered and it was so easy to pick up on my way home from work.

When you open the bag, you get a great selection of locally farmed ingredients. They also gave me a paper that described what each item is and why it was selected. I also ordered the fruit box which was some of the freshest fruit and was incredibly delicious.

I love how easy it was to order & to pick-up. I love that the ingredients are local and it’s a great idea if you don’t have time for a farmer’s market!

If you want to give it a try for yourself, just email info@field-goods.com with the code “518bitesnsights” to get $16 off for new customers. That’s a free Single Fruit & Vegetable Bag!
