Vegans, vegetarians, or omnivores who just like veggies, your favorite vegan deli is opening a second location in just a few weeks!

Berben & Wolff’s, best known for their vegan deli on Lark Street in Albany for the last three years, is announcing that they’re opening their Troy location in just a few short weeks on the corner of Fourth and Ferry streets, according to the Times Union.

Berben & Wolff’s is projecting that their new location will be open on August 13th. According to their Facebook post, they’re announcing a new menu soon which will probably be available through their Facebook page. Berben & Wolff’s has already been using the space as a commercial kitchen but now, areopening the space up as a new deli.

Berben & Wolff’s is known for utilizing vegan ingredients like seitan, tempeh, faux ham, sunflower seed and vegetable patties, and more. If you’ve never experienced vegan food, don’t knock it until you try it. Maybe this new Troy location opening would be the perfect time to try something new!
