Stone Temple Pilots Coming to Clifton Park [VIDEO]
One of the grunge greats is touring again and they’re coming to the Capital Region.
Stone Temple Pilots is starting a new 23-city tour at Foxwoods Resort Casino and their second stop will be to Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park on September 10th, according to the Times Union.
Stone Temple Pilots, originally fronted by Scott Weiland, until his untimely death in 2015, then Chester Bennington until 2013 when he left to focus on Linkin Park, currently, the band’s lead singer is Jeff Gutt with the other three original members still a part of the band.
Stone Temple Pilots (STP) became famous for songs like “Plush” and “Interstate Love Song,” are going on tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their album “Purple” and their second self-titled album last year.
Tickets will be on sale through ticketweb.com as well as the Upstate Concert Hall box office. Tickets are $35 in advance and $38 day of show.
