New Coffee Shop Opening Soon in Schenectady

A new coffee shop is opening up in Schenectady and you may recognize the name from another place in the Capital Region.

Katryn Malen, whose name you may recognize as the lead barista from Little Peck’s in Troy, is now the owner of the new cafe opening in Schenectady, called Graham’s Coffee Parlor.

The Times Union reported on the opening of Graham’s Coffee Parlor to be in late June at 3406 State St., Schenectady in a standalone building across the street from Mansion Square near Mohawk Commons. The building has long been vacant so it’ll great to see a business in that space again.

Their menu offers coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and bowls. The pastries will be supplied from Brimstone Bakery in Sharon Springs. Their hours are listed as Monday-Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm, Saturday at 8:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm.
