Thai Restaurant Announces Schenectady Opening

Looking for a new place to eat in Schenectady? If you love Thai food, I have a new place opening you’re gonna wanna check out.

You may recognize the name Celadon Thai Restaurant from their successful location in Latham. Now, you can check out their new place coming to Schenectady, according to the Times Union.

Celadon Thai will be taking over what used to be Cella Bistro on 2015 Rosa Road. Celadon Thai mentions on their website that they can accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. What they’re most known for is their fish hot pot, but if that’s not your idea of delicious, they have a full menu to choose from.

They also offer noodles, rice dishes, curry, and more. Since there isn’t a lot of information on the Schenectady opening, we can only assume the menu will be the same.
