This location has been a few things in the past few years and after the original owners sold it, nothing has seemed to stick, but maybe the answer is Brazilian.
What was the longtime location of Truman’s and most recently was Mia Lucci’s Wood Fired Pizzeria, will now be Brazilian Steakhouse (1647 Central Ave). The Times Union is reporting that the restaurant will be owned by Clifton Park resident Wesley Reis who is originally from Brazil.
Brazilian Steakhouse will feature rotisserie meats and “more than 20 sides and other food items.” It will also be a quick-serve location versus a long-term sit-down like the already established Texas de Brazil. Customers will select their meat to order, their sides from a buffet, and is projected to open sometime in March.
