If you’re looking for new places to eat in the Capital Region, you’re in luck because one Syracuse-based company is adding a bunch of new locations to the Capital Region and they’re starting with Clifton Park and Latham Farms.
CoreLife Eatery is proposing adding a 9000-square-foot building next to Dick’s Sporting Goods, where the old Walmart Garden Center used to be. The building would include two restaurants, according to the Times Union, both with a patio. CoreLife would be in the larger of the two spaces and offer “salads, grains, broth and rice bowls and other healthy food items.”
They have already announced their first location will be at the Residence 15 at Village Plaza in Clifton Park. Albany Business Review is reporting that the company isn’t stopping there and will be looking to expand to 4 other locations. They’re looking to either Wolf Rd or Western Ave, somewhere in North Greenbush, as well as Wilton. These new locations are a part of their plan to add 300 more stores in the country within the next five years.
