Lindsey Stirling & Evanescence Coming to SPAC
Taking a look at this list, SPAC has so many amazing shows coming, and they’ve just added one more with two great acts!
Lindsey Stirling, if you’re unfamiliar, is a “crossover electro-pop violinist,” according to the Times Union. She got a big push after her appearance on America’s Got Talent. Since then, she’s become a composer as well as co-author of a New York Times bestselling novel. She came to the Capital Region twice before but this is her biggest venue yet. She has more than 2 billion views on YouTube, take a look.
Also on the ticket is Evanescence who broke through the music scene in 2003 with their multiplatinum album “Fallen” featuring their hit “Bring Me to Life,” winning them two Grammy Awards. They followed that with more success with their 2006 album “The Open Door,” as well as their 2011 self-titled third album. On this tour, they’ll be featuring their latest album “Synthesis” which takes some of your favorite Evanescence hits and reimagining them with a full orchestra.
